Do I need a computer?
No. Flash POS runs on phones and tablets. Waiters use their phones, the kitchen uses any tablet, and you can check reports from anywhere.
Does it work on weak internet?
If the internet is weak, an order sent from the waiter's phone is retried automatically. It is never duplicated.
Does it print GST bills?
Yes. Bills show the CGST/SGST split, with menu prices inclusive or exclusive of GST, and round-off. Print on a Bluetooth thermal printer (58 mm or 80 mm) with your restaurant's logo, or print from the browser or save a PDF.
Can I use my existing printer?
Flash POS prints to Bluetooth thermal printers in 58 mm and 80 mm sizes. Message us your printer model on WhatsApp and we will tell you if it works.
How long does setup take?
About 10 minutes. Send us your menu as a photo or an Excel file. We set up your tables, staff and kitchen screen for you.
Is my data private?
Yes. Each restaurant's data is completely private from every other restaurant. Everyone on your team has their own login and sees only what their role needs.
